Go JD! Go JD! Fill this piano with some TNT!
I know I haven't written in forever and this is completely random and really short:
Don't you think Kristen Stewart and Katy Perry look alike? Just like compare pictures... they look like sisters!
Also, do you know what a lunch lady wears? If you do, send me a picture.

Long Time, No See... Project Runway?!?
My, my. How long has it been since I've written?
25 days
Oh. Well, that's a while! So I have come back with some delicious news: Project Runway is BACK!!!! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the show that has enraptured thousands, sent normal everyday people into superstardom, and made one person's dreams come true. This is one of the bestest shows ever, and finally, the new season has started! So I have decided to do a quick cap on all of the designers, and my early impressions:
Ivy Higa: A pretty good designer, though she seems a bit full of herself. Her first outfit was horrible, her second mediocre. Will leave pretty early on.
Peach Carr: Kind of old and crazy, but okay I guess. Her first...okay, her second fit more in a Mini Boden or Hannah Anderson (for kids) Def not one of my favorites, but not the worst.
A.J. Thouvenot: I don't really know! He seems good, and he's kinda cute, but... I don't know, will observe him in later episodes : ) His first dress was pretty good, his second would be good if it didn't bulge at the stomach. Still undecided about him.
Andy South: Another undecided victim. His first outfit was really good (loved the hat) and his second was... Well, the top was good. The pants were definitely not. Overall... okay?
April Johnston: Eh. Overall pretty good, and I kind of like the destroyed look... her first outfit was pretty bad, her second I really liked. I guess it wasn't really what they were looking for, but I would wear it!
Casanova: His first dress was ludicrous, absolutely horrible, and revolting. His second outfit was really pretty good, I could actually wear that jacket (well, maybe) I have absolutely no idea what to think.
Christopher Collins: Good. Not great, but both his outfits were good. Just good. I dunno, will just have to see his later work, I guess.
Gretchen Jones: Won the first two challenges, so she's pretty good. The first one I don't really think she deserved it though, I wasn't the hugest fan of her dress. The second one was really good though, at least it looked awesome on the model. Not my fave, but really good.
Jason Troisi: Wow. Okay. First of all, I loved how he was trying to intimidate people with his bowler hat, that was hilarious! But both his designs were absolutely horrible though, and he left on the second challenge.
Kristin Haskins Simms: Um. I dunno, I don't really like her. She seems a bit full of herself too. Both her designs were okay, I guess.
McKell Maddox: She left first, but her design wasn't that bad. It was actually kind of cute, but I admit it was really unflattering. I don't think she deserved it but...
Michael Costello: Heehee. Well he is a bit annoying and stuck up, but he is so funny!! It was so hilarious shen he was talking about Jason stabbing him in the back with scissors... oh, wow! Anyway, both his designs were pretty good, and I totally don't want him to leave yet!
Michael Drummond: I guess he's nice enough, I haven't really noticed. Both his designs I liked, even though the second one was way too short (the model had to pull it down on the runway!) I dunno, another undecided victim I guess.
Mondo Guerra: Though he is really weird, and has a strange sense of style, I like him. He almost made me cry in the last episode : ( His first design I didn't really like, but the second he made top 3! It was a really cute design, and I look forward to seeing more of him.
Nicholas D'Aurizio: It almost made me cry again when he left! He is so cute, and I really didn't think his designs were that bad! His first was really boring, I admit. The second was actually good, except for the cape and the weird whole in the back (which he did NOT copy off of Gretchen's, btw!) He did not deserve to go at all, especially in a double elimination. He was no where near as bad as Jason! Boohoo!!!!!
Sarah Trost: She's one of my faves. Her first design was really good, I liked it. Her second was okay (except for the fact that it made her look pregnant, though none of the judges seemed to notice this). Overall, good, though I have to see more of here to make it final.
Valerie Mayen: My other favorite. Her first was pretty cute, and her second made top 2, losing to Gretchen's jumpsuit. Her second was a really cute read dress, that I think probably should've won (though they were both good)
SO! That's it ladies and gents, will probably report on next episode if I feel like it. Oh, and GO ROBERT!!!!

Singing Disney Rompers
So it’s been a while since I've posted...not really living up to my promise about daily posts, am I? But that's mainly because (actually all the way because) I haven't had anything to write about. But I've been exploring the vast reaches of the internet again and have discovered... Rompers!
Well actually, I saw one on my sister's friend, and it looked really cute on her. I've been really skeptical of rompers... I don't know, something about them always throws me off. Maybe because I can never see them without thinking about the onesies I used to wear as a little kid. But anyway, it looked really good on her so I decided to check them out. I looked on lots of sites, like Forever21.com, UrbanOutfitters.com, and other sites like that. And guess what I discovered? Some pretty cute rompers! The first one I found was a really cute floral one from Urban Outfitters: http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?isProduct=true&color=049&navAction=jump&parentid=W_APP_JUMPERS&id=18711895
Another cute one from Urban Outfitters: http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?isProduct=true&color=040&navAction=jump&parentid=W_APP_JUMPERS&id=17894064
And the one I really want: http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?isProduct=true&color=059&navAction=jump&parentid=W_COLL_FALLTRENDS_PREORDER&id=18410803
Isn't it adorable? No? Whatever. There are also a lot of cute ones from Forever 21 (as always)
The other thing I've found to write about is Disney Princess Movies. Yes, you read me right. Cartoon Disney movies are some of the best movies inthe history of the earth. One of the best things about the Disney movies are their sountracks. Everyone bursts into song and creates a beautiful, one-of-a-kind work of art!
Eh..not so much.
Oh, whatever. So I made a playlist of Disney songs from the various cartoon movies on MixPod, and will attempt to place it on here... here I go, attempting...
I think it worked! Well, ladies and gents, have a nice day listening to disney princess music and buying rompers. Woohoo!

Deathly Hallows Trailer
I know I'm late. Like 4days late. But I was just looking for the right time to do it.
So on Monday, June 28th, 2010 the trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and 2 came out. When I heard I honestly freaked out. I had been waiting for this so long! I watched it three times in a row. Then again later. Now, I will go through it... frame by frame by frame. I you want an in depth analysis of this trailer, check out MuggleCast, episode 202. But I want to go through it too, so sit back, watch the trailer, and read my probably boring and over-written blog post!
It goes over the water... how dramatic! Whatever, moving on.
Then Voldemort is standing in a clearing in the Forbidden Forest, and a Death Eater Says to him " No sign of him, My Lord" He has a rather creepy voice and sound like a snake when he says "sign"
Then it shows three people (probably Harry, Ron and Hermione) walking on very green grass by a lake. Probably at Hogwarts. Creepy Music is playing.
Then it goes up to Voldemot, who turns slowly around. You see Harry walking up to him from behind (I like the coat, Dan) Voldy still has no nose... Harry walks closer (actually, I like the whole ensemble. Who knew Harry was so stylish)
Voldemort says "Harry Potter, the boy who lived, come to die" as he raises his wand. Honestly, Voldy's lips look like he was just eating a raspberry popsicle. His whole mouth is bright red, but is skin is white. Plus you can see, like all of his veins. Gross. Then he raises his wand (Harry closes his eyes) and shouts Avada Kedavra.
Now really, why did they show this part? This is like the. most. important. part. in. the. book. and they show it in the trailer! I kind of didn't want to see that part!
Anyway, then there's a shot of Harry, Griphook, and "Bellatrix" riding in a Gringotts cart. There's also 2 people behind them, but I can't tell who. Maybe Ron in his disguise and that dude that they put the Imperius curse on? Idk, moving on...
Then there's a shot of Ollivander I think, looking very old and bedraggled.
Then Harry is driving an unconscious Hagrid on the motorbike... I always wondered how Hagrid go that...
Then it's Ron and Hermione looking very distressed on a beach. My guess is Dobby just died (good riddance, I never liked that character, no matter how much people insist) and they're at Shell Cottage.
Then it's Hermione walking somewhere... where? I don't know. Why? I have no idea. Some people have said that she's going to curse her parents. Some people say Harry is next to her under the invisibility cloak, though I don't know where they could be going...
Then there's a shot of Harry lying on the ground. No idea when this is! Yay!
Then "The Finale of the Worldwide Phenomenon" whatever...
Then protections around Hogwarts. I personally don't really like this effect, maybe it'll look better in the movie. It just looks fake (I know it is, but it's not supposed to look like it.)
Then creepy dude stopping a train... I didn't know you could do that with magic. It looks more like he's using the force... Hello! Wrong movie dude! Whatever... Then Harry with a very dirty face. Ew.
"The Motion Picture Event of a Generation" yeah, sure.
Then there's a creepy old dude in a wand shop, probably Gregorovitch.
Then Hermione raiding her wand... Quick comment about this: They had this shot in the trailer on the half-blood prince DVD, but her hands were all bloody. Why did they clean it up? It's a mystery... Plus cute jacket on Emma there. I want it.
Then a dragon bursting out of Gringotts. Can't see them on it's back, but I guess they're there.
Then Ron, on the ground backing up. He looks terrified. It looks like he's holding a sword so I guess he's seeing the thing that comes out of the Horcrux...?
Then Voldemort standing in front of his Death Eaters. They're not wearing masks- glad they finally got rid of those. Bellatrix looks nice and creepy.
Ron and Hermione, running away from something. Ron shooting a spell at it. When does this happen?
"Presented in 2 Parts: La la la la la... Death Eater (with mask) flying away on his broom. Lol, this looks like the Wizarding World ad where Harry is like "Follow Me!" It was kind of funny.
Ron running from something. What is this supposed to be? I guess in the Ministry?
Bellatrix (awesome as always) flinging a knife at something, My guess is Dobby.
Filch walking along, then there's an explosion behind him, and he becomes "unhappy". Student breaking out of something is most of the theories I've heard.
Harry running through a forest with a bunch of people behind him. Are they chasing him of following him?
Someone screams "HARRY!!" he keeps running... Who is that guy in the hood? I cannot tell at all. Harry still running.
Then Voldemort shoots lightning in the sky. Someone told me that this was Voldemort when he gets the elder wand. Now that I look at it closer, it does look like he's standing on a white tomb... Hmm.
Voldemort- "Why do you live?" (ew, he has gross fingernails). Harry- "Because I have something worth living for. Another cool jacket by the way.
Dragon flying off the top of Gringotts.
A whole crowd of people (are they good or bad? I can't tell) running somewhere. Then Voldemort and people running somewhere. Creepy face Mr. Riddles got there.
"Part 1: November 2010" Whoopee!
Hermione in a pretty red dress, probably on Tottenham Court Road.
A big ball of fire plummeting down. Who is this? Moody maybe? Then people shooting after him on brooms.
People flying on... thestrals maybe? I think so.
Someone holding something walking somewhere. Who the heck and why? I have no idea.
Snake shooting at Harry and biting his arm... ooh, this scene is creepy!
Harry on the ground "Ron, kill it!" Ron roars and slices something (the Horcrux probably) with a sword.
"Part 2: July 2011" O. M. G. Honestly, all the movies are going to be over in a year? AAAH!!
People running from fire. Probably in the Room of Requirement.
Voldemort screaming at someone... it looks like Bellatrix actually but why?
Ron moving his arms. What is this supposed to be?
Ginny kissing Harry...aww, how cute. But I don't think this happens in the book...
Snape looking very scared.
Harry shooting a spell at someone. Probably a Death Eater in the diner of Tottenham Court Road.
Malfoy climbing up something to avoid fire .This is the only shot they have of him in the trailer. Aww : (
Hogwarts burning, people fleeing.
Voldemort and Harry "Priori Incantateming" with each other. Voldemort "Only I can live forever"
The Harry Potter sign, with lightning. Very decked out Hedwigs Theme.
Complete the journey in 3D. That's cool. Imax 3D, Real 3D, and 2D Theatres...
So that's it ladies and gentlebuggies. I cannot wait for this to come out... : )!!!!!!!

Bamboo Art: Part II
Aah, yes part two. Last post was about digital art. Now I will focus on Bamboo. No, not the plant that panda's eat bamboo. Wacom Bamboo Tablets. They are fantastic.
Please explain.
Well aren't you excited today.
I am interested.
Yes, well I'm about to tell you. I'm always looking for new art methods. I love drawing and painting and am open to trying anything. So when I discovered the world of digital art, you know I had to try it. I already own Photoshop Elements, as my mother is a big photographer. In digital art you can scan a sketch and color it in, or do it completely from scratch. I, as the newbie digital artist, just colored in a sketch. It looked fine, but nothing like I wish it would. I figured it was because I had a mouse instead of a tablet. I've always wanted a tablet. They're pretty much a flat... tablet, with an attached pen that you can use instead of a mouse. You can sketch straight onto the computer, and it has much more control than a mouse.
So I Googled it (I love Google!) and found Wacom Bamboo tablets. Wacom is a very good and trustable tablet maker and Bamboo tablets are one of their most recent projects. There are a few varieties including Bamboo Fun, Bamboo Touch, and Bamboo Craft. After delving into research I discovered the best option for me: Bamboo Pen. Bamboo Pen is a simple tablet using just a pen like tool that you touch to the tablet surface, being able to navigate, ink documents, and draw in programs like PhotoShop.
One of the coolest things about Bamboo Pen is that is comes with Corel Painter Essentials 4. In this cool program you can use over 90 different brushes to do many cool tasks. You can turn your photos into paintings, or do your own digital art on a blank canvas. This is exactly what I need, and apparently it has even more options than my Photoshop Elements. Lovely.
You're right, it totally does sound like an ad now.
: P The absolute best thing about this product is the price. I was looking through other tablets and they were coming up at around 500 dollars or more! And the Bamboo pen is only $69! I can totally afford that. An amazing deal for an amazing product. Plus the site had cool videos : )
There is a very big chance that I will be purchasing this product. I will update you on the news if/when I do!
This time I'm not ending it with "Ain't that dandy?"
But you just did! ROOOAAAR!!!!
Please explain.

Bamboo Art: Part I
This post is in two parts, because it's rather long and about two different things: Bamboo and Art. Both of these things are exceptionally cool, and I just had to post about them. First, I will discuss Art. Not just any old art, because that's for some boring old blogger who wants to discuss Monet. No. I discuss things more interesting than that.
Yeah right.
Whatever. But the art I like is digital art. I'm a very Internet savvy person (lol...) and i have discovered many a cool site. One of these is DeviantArt.com. Deviantart is a site where various random people from all reaches of the world post their artwork in different art forms, like photography, traditional art, and digital art. This is where I first located the realm of Digital Art.
Digital Art is art created digitally.
Really? I would never have guesses.
Shut up and let me explain. Now where was I? Ah. Digital Art is art created digitally. Using programs like Photoshop, Corel Painter, and Paint Shop Pro, artists can create various forms of art using differently shaped brushes (soft edged? hard edged? texture brushes?) varying opacity ( to create better shading and coloring techniques) and endless varieties of colors.
You're starting to sound like an advertisement.
Yeah. That's because it's cool. Just wait until next post; that'll definitely be like an advertisement.
I can't wait...
Yup! So anyway, it's really, really cool. Through many Google searches I also found a site called Elfwood, where users can post their drawings for others to review. I love this site. I have found so much good digital art on this site, by some amazing artists. One of them is Cris Ortega. You absolutely have to check her art work out. I'm pretty sure I will do a future post reviewing my favorite pieces of her work. But for now...
Another amazing digital artist is Natascha Roeoesli. All of her art is done on the computer, and is absolutely spectacular. Beautiful fantasy art...
Diane Ozdmar also does amazing digital art, as does Adele Lorienne, Annah Hutchings, and Rachel Anderson.
All of these people make beautiful artwork, all painted digitally. Check it out, it is absolutely, amazingly, freakily fantastic!
Wow, that took a while.
Ain't that dandy?

I have uncovered something amazing!
Yes, I was exploring the music video section on Fios OnDemand last night with my sister and I uncovered something spectacular. Now before I go on I want to get one thing straight: I DO NOT like Justin Bieber. I think he is way over-hyped, sounds like a girl, isn't even a good singer if he was a girl, and isn't even that cute. But we were looking for something to do and Justin Bieber music videos were what resulted. I'm very sorry everyone, but that's just what happened. I don't know what came over us: we also listened to Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Camp Rock and Nick Jonas and the Administration.
Can you get on with it? What did you uncover? I'm on the edge of my seat here.
Yes, I can tell you are. So... while we were paging through the JB videos, we found one with Jaden Smith. I absolutely love Jaden Smith. I have to go see The Karate Kid. Anyway, he was featured in the music video for "Never Say Never" with Justin Bieber. It's like my dreams had just come true! We just had to see it. Apparently, it was on the soundtrack of the Karate Kid. It was mainly Justin Bieber singing, and dancing with Jaden Smith. Then, wonder of all wonders, Jaden Smith started rapping. I was like, OMG! What is this guy not? He's a good actor, an awesome rapper, really good a karate, and a pretty good dancer. Plus he has some sweet dreads. Oh, and he's the kid of Will Smith. Honestly can you get any cooler than that?
Yes...
Shut Up, I think he's awesome. So yes. That is that. We all love Jaden Smith, don't we? Oh, a link to the video: Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith: Never Say Never. *Sigh* Oh and to top that off, he tackles Justin Bieber at the end of the video and leaves him on the floor. All my dreams have just come true : )
Wow, you didn't say ain't once in the post!

Threadless: My Very First Actually Interesting Post
While exploring the vast reaches of the internet I (or rather my sister) uncovered from the depths a rather interesting site called Threadless. She, being the sharing and curious girl that she is, sent an e-mail to me sporting a link to this site, and imploring me to go "check it out". And I, being the curious and wondering (not to mention beautiful, smart, funny, random, and useing way too many fancy words right now) girl that I am, gave in to her pleas and visited the site.
Okay, honestly, get on with it already!
Humph. So yeah, I went on it and found it was pretty cool. Yeah, uh-huh. So yeah, I like found out some things on it, and like yeah I want to, like tell them to you people. Yeah.
...really?
Okay, okay! So on Threadless, you can create a design for a t-shirt and submit it for reviewing. Then members of the site rate your design from 1-5. After a period of seven days the voting is over. If the judges on he site like your design, it could be made into a t-shirt that people can buy.If you get your t-shirt printed you win 2,000 dollars and a 500 dollar gift certificate to the site! Thre are so many cool designs on there to purchase, and so many cool designs to rate and review.
If you get the chance to visit, please check out PinkRiver's profile (aka mine) and critique my designs or rate them. Thanks!
...wow, you went so long without interrupting!
That's because you weren't rambling or doing anything stupid that I needed to let you know about.

Rainbows and Hippos Rule!
Ah, okay. So before I go into an in depth analysis of my thoughts and what exactly I will post on here, I would like to state my rules for the blog.
Rules? I hate rules! Blast and Botheration this thing is stupid!
Not that kind of rules. Nothing stupid that your teachers would make up to try to bring order in your very un-orderly classroom. No these rules are fun! These rules are exciting! These rules are amazing! These rules do not need any more stupid adjectives and exclamation points!
!!!!!!!!!!!
Shut up. Rule one: I will try (try my very, very best!) to make this a daily thing. But of course that ain't gonna happen. Between going to the lake where there aren't any computers, forgetting, and power outs there may be a number of reasons why I don't post daily (don't forget just not feeling like it...) Even if it ain't gonna be daily, I will aim for at LEAST once a week. Weekly, I like the ring of that. Oh and if I don't manage to post once a week, it'll be monthly, but monthly just don't have the same ring to it.
Stop rambling! And stop using the word ain't. Remeber grammar class?
Well, I don't like to. Anyway, Rule 2: I will try my best to make this exciting but seeing as it is called "My Thoughts on a Boring Life" That may not always happen. And anyway, I ain't gonna be able to tell what you find exciting soo...
Would you like the definition for rambling? AND STOP SAYING AIN'T!
Lols to the max. And now I totally can tell that I'm rambling and I'm sure no one will even care what I have to say: Good Night, Sleep Tight, Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite!
Er... It's 5:30
